ViewPoint Gallery Competrition ends 15 April 2024

Deadline: 15 April 2024. 12 winning photographers will have their juried work displayed for one month each at ViewPoint Gallery. Each winning image will be professionally printed, matted, and framed at no cost to the photographer. The framed image will be displayed as ViewPoint Gallery’s featured International Artist of the Month. The images will be promoted on ViewPoint’s website and newsletter.
We are the only international photography competition in Eastern Canada to offer gallery display of winning entries. In an age where online display is the norm, ViewPoint gallery is dedicated to the art and display of the printed fine art photograph.
ViewPoint Gallery is an artist-run co-operative dedicated to promoting the art of photography. Our annual International Photography Competition is intended to promote the photographic print – its creation and display – in an era dominated by simple, small online occurrence. This competition offers 12 winners the opportunity to display their work on our gallery wall for one month each.

Prizes:

This is an opportunity to exhibit your work for one month at ViewPoint Gallery, a dynamic photography gallery located in historic Bedford, Nova Scotia, close to downtown Halifax. ViewPoint is dedicated solely to photography and is the only co-operative photography gallery in Atlantic Canada.
